What should our FR10 panel test cover after the seal check?

Our proposed enclosure-panel tool seals on a single aluminium sheet laid flat on the bench. Our actual job starts with a stack and ends in a locating tray. I need to ask for evidence that one panel separates, stays supported during transfer and releases correctly. The supplier's report is not wrong, it just covers a much smaller task. What should the revised trial show about a suspected pair and the operator's next step before we call this ready for a teaching exercise?
