Repeated pickup edits before a tool inspection

Our UR5e housing transfer has become less square at pickup, despite several point adjustments. The tray position looks unchanged to me, but I have not established whether the housing moves as the jaws touch or is already tilted. Which observations should I obtain before asking maintenance to inspect the tool?
