the tidy pallet pattern has a gap underneath

I've got a UR5e pallet layout that looks sensible from above. Turn the cartons on the next layer and their supported ends sit over spaces below. The same spaces the fingers need, naturally. I'd like packaging and tooling around one real stack. Filled cartons, actual tool shape, the way it gets back out. Anything else worth bringing before we spend another meeting moving rectangles and forgetting who has to run it?
