Why does restart offer me a pocket that's already full?

I can reproduce the mismatch on our UR5e teaching cell: stop after the sleeve is placed but before the pocket counter is saved, and the restart screen offers that same pocket again. Clean runs look lovely. Interrupted ones expose my optimistic bookkeeping. We aren't letting the program blindly carry on. The instructor checks the tray and tool first, but the recovery screen only offers retry or reset, neither of which explains what happened. How are people representing an uncertain placement so the person recovering it can reconcile the actual sleeve and pocket without quietly starting the whole tray over?
