Why has our longest brass blank been labelled a seating failure?

Our FR5 loading study starts with hand-loaded brass sleeves. The largest protrusion has been circled as a seating fault, but the sheet gives no overall lengths or seating-end observations. I want to repeat an identified set with the setter. Which measurements would make that comparison useful?
