The sample disappears behind the fixture in every take

I'm reviewing an FR5 pre-shipment demonstration from our seller. The sample is visible approaching the tray, then hidden behind the fixture until the arm returns empty. Equipment identification is also unreadable. What recording would demonstrate the agreed placement on the supplied package, rather than merely suggest it occurred?
