Machine supplier's 'ready' means it received our housing request. Integrator's 'ready' means the loading area is available. My interface sheet uses the same word for both. I want separate names, owners and clearing conditions, then a walkthrough where the request arrives while the previous housing still occupies the area. Receipt needs to remain visible without being mistaken for permission to load; the engineered safety functions stay separate from this ordinary job interface.
