Label created, but our collection booking was cancelled

Our UR5e order through Alibaba has sat at label created while the seller says it is travelling. The carrier told our purchasing team that the original collection booking was cancelled. The seller's latest screenshot still shows that booking. Has anyone resolved a replacement collection that never acquired a new visible reference?
