Can I hand over this FR10 timeout without assigning the acknowledgement?

I've preserved the successful reference-plate attempt as well as the failed one in our FR10 fixture-check logs, but the restarted application reused the job label and I cannot honestly assign the later acknowledgement to either attempt; what should I mark as unknown in the support handover when the PLC and application clocks disagree?
