The vacuum report tested one flat panel on a bench

Our proposed FR5 tool sealed against a coated steel panel in the supplier's bench test, and that result is now being cited as proof of stack handling. The report contains no stacked sheets, no flex measurement and no check that only one panel was lifted. What additional evidence should the handling review require before we accept that conclusion?
