Why is our FR10 pattern approved only as a finished picture?

I have asked for the short-order sequence as well as complete layers in our FR10 carton review. The new section shows another issue: two turned cartons bridge gaps under their required support areas. Packaging had only seen the finished top view. Has anyone found a useful way to put placement order, carton support and finger withdrawal on one review page?
