Can I keep this housing stop separate from our sleeve investigation?

We now have an FR10 housing-unloading pause to report to our seller on Alibaba, separate from the sleeve job I posted about; what should I put at the top of the evidence pack so support does not reuse the unfinished diagnosis from that other fixture?
