Delivered FR10 pads have a different contact profile

Our inspection-piece trial used pads with a relieved centre. The delivered FR10 kit has flat contacts. Seller calls them equivalent but has not shown our samples held and placed with this pair. Tooling remains unfitted. I have requested the two pad drawings and a comparison of contact, holding and release. Anything else needed before asking for a replacement trial?
