UR5e spacer stop with the wrong tray in the ticket

Support is asking about a tray insert we replaced before the stop. Their screenshot comes from the original sales demonstration, not my fault clip. I have sent the fitted insert identity and marked the two pictures. Still waiting for somebody to answer about the assembly we actually have.
