our fr5 spare adapter is forever joining the next shipment

The fitted adapter is present and correct, the paid spare is not, and after 26 days the seller is still proposing to add it to a shipment we have not ordered; I've asked whether it is in stock and what separate delivery or credit they will actually offer, because stores can't issue next shipment when somebody needs a spare
