My FR5 collar-handling samples have marks on the visible cylinder. The supplier offers softer pads. I know a movement clip won't settle appearance, but we haven't agreed the viewing conditions or a reference finish yet. I want those agreed alongside holding and release, not an appearance pass that quietly ignores whether the collar gets into its tray. Who normally brings the physical comparison samples to that discussion?
