our sensor brackets rock in a very convincing nest drawing

I've got steel sensor-bracket samples that sit differently in our proposed FR5 inspection nest. The CAD has contacts everywhere. Tooling suggested a stronger clamp, but I'd like somebody to explain which surfaces are locating the part and whether they fight each other before we price more force. Who should lead that bench comparison?
