The FR5 video shows an arm moving, not our housing trial

The pre-shipment clip arrived. Smooth motion, lots of workshop, no readable package identity and barely a glimpse of the adapter. I cannot tell whether our molded housings are even in it. I have sent back the agreed observations: identified setup, the actual adapter, pickup from our source and placement in the destination fixture with the samples visible. Has anyone had better luck requesting one continuous identifiable trial instead of asking for a better video?
