Our polished cover has a scratch label that follows the reflection

The full captures and sample IDs are kept together for our FR10 cover trial. One bright streak still gets labelled scratched wherever it moves. Quality can find no matching mark on that cover. I want the judgement corrected at the source before another exported crop teaches the wrong lesson. Who should own that change?
