the neat layer needs a different carton underneath

I'm questioning the UR5e pallet pattern because its rotated cases only get the intended support if the layer below uses a carton insert we don't buy. Same outside box, different packed case. Has anyone compared both actual pack versions with tooling before getting drawn into a pallet-count argument?
