both ur5e quotes have forgotten the fingers weigh something

I want the complete tool assessed for our housing transfer. Both suppliers keep quoting the housing mass, but our fingers, adapter and fittings do not become weightless when bolted together. Their offset matters too. What load and handling information should be in the offer before we choose it?
