Our UR5e label has moved further than our delivery information

The seller sent the same label-created page again, this time with shipped written above it. Our UR5e order includes its controller connection cable, but I cannot even get confirmation that the crate reached a carrier. Has anyone got a useful handover answer after this loop? Not another prediction of when it might arrive.
