Our Fairino FR10 arm arrived from an unnamed seller in China, but the controller and the controller power lead are missing. I ordered a complete package for positioning assembly samples. The seller says those items shipped separately, yet hasn't supplied another reference in 51 days. I kept the crate and packing material.
