The FR5 vacuum demonstration avoids our carton seam

The proposed cups contact a smooth unprinted area in the supplier demonstration. Our actual closed cartons can put a taped seam or printed board under those same cups. I have requested tests on identified packed samples across those conditions, with the contact arrangement and intended transfer specified. I am not treating the existing lift video as acceptance of mixed incoming packaging.
