Our UR5e housing-unloading package stops during the same part of the sequence, but not every run. Seller support has a phone video and keeps asking for more. We bought through Alibaba; the ticket is with the seller. What should I capture around one occurrence so they can ask a specific technical question? Nobody here owns the whole ticket, which is not helping.
