Cannot price an FR5 pilot while my fixture hours are free

I showed my colleague a small FR5 block-loading proposal with the arm and gripper priced. She asked who was making the tray fixture and covering my normal work while I developed it. I had numbers for neither. We still think the job might suit a pilot, but I want a bounded comparison with manual loading, fixture cost, setup and another operator trying the handover. How should I define that first trial without turning her reasonable cost question into a request to fund the whole cell?
