I ordered a complete UR5e package for positioning assembly samples, but only the arm arrived. Controller and tool wiring adapter are missing. The unnamed Chinese seller says separately shipped; 36 days later, no second reference. I've kept the crate and packing. What should identify those missing pieces rather than just repeat that the arm was delivered?
