The FR10 shipped reply is still a label-creation screenshot

Our FR10 order and matching tool cable have the same label-created entry each time I check. Seller through Alibaba says shipped, then sends that entry back to me. I've asked for the collector's acceptance against the actual package, or an answer that it hasn't been collected. The screenshot is getting plenty of travel even if the crate isn't.
