Cannot call nine coupons complete from eleven inspection attempts

I checked our FR5 inspection tally against the nine labelled coupons. The dashboard shows eleven attempts, but two coupons have no accepted result and several were inspected again after review. I need separate totals for accepted coupons and inspection attempts, while keeping the failed checks available to quality.
