The supplied FR10 adapter covers the sample holder's release screws

Our sample trial used an adapter with access to the holder release screws. The delivered one covers them. Seller calls it equivalent because the mounting pattern matches. I have asked for a complete assembly comparison including the tool-change task; the kit remains unfitted. A hole pattern is not much of a maintenance plan.
