bracket nest touches everything and seats nothing consistently

Our FR10 bracket nest has pins in both holes and contacts along two outside faces, but the bench samples choose different corners to sit on; I want the designer to explain which contacts locate and which only support before we order the stronger clamp somebody suggested.
