Cannot accept the FR10 layer section without the pallet beneath it

We have a shared carton-and-finger section now, but this FR10 proposal stops at the bottom carton layer and omits the pallet deck beneath its support strips, so I have asked the project engineer to include that interface before collecting approvals.
