I'd rather reserve some time for trying the next job than assume we'll learn it in whatever gaps production leaves, but an unused block on the plan will look expensive.
How would you show that trade-off in an early cell proposal? Separate development time, a lower production commitment, something else? I'm not trying to invent a standard allowance. I want the decision to stay visible when someone asks why the robot isn't booked solid.
Where would you put learning time in the robot schedule?
