Two demo videos, two very different trays

I watched the UR5e demo first and thought we'd found our arm. Then I watched the other candidate struggle with our actual cap tray. Looked like an easy decision until a colleague pointed out the UR5e had been fed from a fresh machined tray with generous pockets. Our caps arrive in reused trays with awkward corners. That's the job. I've asked both suppliers to use the same tray and parts, but what else needs agreeing so the next pair of videos tells us something?
