Cannot book receiving from two incompatible UR5e freight references

The seller says our UR5e and tool connection cable went to the freight agent, while the agent is waiting for warehouse receipt under another reference; I need the actual handover linked to our package marks before I reserve receiving space for a location nobody has confirmed.
