The arm crate arrived, but our ordered controller and tool wiring adapter have no separate tracking reference after fifty-five days of asking. I've kept the crate and packing list. How do I get the seller to answer for those specific missing items instead of resending the arm's delivery receipt?

Send the order contents and your receiving inventory, with the controller and adapter marked missing. Ask for their package marks, collector and matching handover records. Keep the arm receipt as evidence of what arrived, not proof that the complete order did.
23分Seller now admits the controller package was not collected; the adapter was waiting to be added to it. They've supplied a marked packing photo at their warehouse. We have a location, but no new collection arranged and no installation booking.
