Have quality inspect the identified plate itself and state the viewing method. Keep the full frames, but exclude the unsupported labels from tuning until their meaning is settled.
11分Quality has it. Full frames show a different seating position, not just a different stripe.
8分Who loads the plates for these captures? I'd like that person at the holder review, because the difference may be easy for the designer to miss while placing everything exactly as intended.
13分And keep the physical surface decision separate from the presentation fix. A more repeatable holder can improve the images without making a real faint defect visible.
17分Jo, our technician loads them and is joining tooling. Quality accepted this plate; a faint reject is retained too.
13分Use both in the later comparison. Otherwise the accepted bright surface may drive a setting that hides the reject along with the glare.
20分Can the technician recognise the intended seating from the normal loading position, Thomas? A photograph taken from the designer's favourite angle may not help at the bench.
