FR5 tray wait with a video of the aftermath

Our FR5 sometimes stops while unloading rigid housings. I've sent the seller through Alibaba a video, but it begins after the wait appears and doesn't show what happened to the last housing. The ticket is nine days old. I need to ask for a useful capture, not spend another shift filming a parked arm. What should the package author tell our maintainer to retain?

Ask for the installed job, waiting step and its source condition from the same occurrence, with the lead-in. The generic message alone will not identify the cause.

Does the operator know whether the last housing was placed? Ask them while the event is still fresh, but keep that separate from what the trace shows.

Can the existing recorder retain the interval before the stop, Beth, or would it start too late as well?

Yasmin, the operator remembers a placement but isn't sure which pocket. Emma, the recorder can keep the lead-in; we had only exported the wait itself. The author has now named the destination-empty confirmation they need.

Keep the uncertain pocket uncertain. I would rather read that than a beautifully labelled guess which sends support to the wrong destination.

We once recorded the right signals beside the wrong video because both stops looked alike, so give each new occurrence its own reference before the files start multiplying.

Check which physical feature supplies that confirmation in the fitted tray, Beth, because the condition name may describe the intended function rather than what the hardware actually senses.

Does the installed job identify the same tray revision?

Yes, Gabriel. Jules, the author identified the sensing arrangement too. We captured a new occurrence: the destination was visibly empty, but its confirmation stayed absent. Maintenance found the sensing bracket had shifted after a knock.

That is worth investigating properly. Has maintenance found damage or only a displaced mounting? Putting it back without finding why it moved could leave the same fault waiting for the next tray exchange.

Cameron, agreed. I'd also keep the event capture with the repair account. We've had a loose-mounting explanation repeated later for a different wait simply because it sounded familiar. Beth has a specific occurrence here, which is much more useful.

Will the operator-facing instruction identify that destination clearly? A better capture still leaves the person on shift needing to know which waiting condition they are reporting.

Cameron, the bracket was bent and maintenance replaced it, then checked the intended position and confirmation. Stephanie, the screen draft now names the destination. The integrator's return checks are still outstanding, so I am not calling the job restored yet.

Thanks for distinguishing the completed repair from the remaining return checks. Who owns those checks now?

Our integrator, with maintenance and the shift lead. They have the captured occurrence and repair details. I am waiting for their confirmed visit, not another instruction to send a longer video.
