Our FR5 arm arrived without its controller or arm connection cable. Seller calls them a separate shipment but supplies no second reference. Packaging retained. Which delivery records should I compare?
Our receiving clerk once had one pallet receipt and two package labels that did not belong together. Start with your order contents, the labels actually received and the carrier record. Ask the seller to identify the missing package and its contents against those, not just resend proof that the arm arrived.
Found the second package on the seller's packing list. No matching carrier record. Asked them to identify its present location and the connection cable inside it.
Seller confirms it remains in their dispatch area. Controller and cable listed together. Collection proposed, not confirmed. We have corrected our planning note from in transit to awaiting dispatch.
