Insert identity checked on this sleeve fixture. Our UR5e wait message appears in two branches. Which saved evidence distinguishes them?

Give the application author the retained event window and exact job version, with your identified fixture and clip. Ask which preceding events distinguish the branches before selecting a screenshot for them.

Keep the original export intact. A sorted summary can hide the source ordering while making everything look easier to read.

Does the clip show what the operator did immediately before the wait? Your fixture identity is useful, but it doesn't identify the branch by itself.

Only after the pause. Original export retained. Operator says this followed a fixture exchange, but no lead-in video.

Our similar-looking wait turned out to use an old address in one branch. Not saying yours does. I'd want the author reading the delivered routine, not answering from the newer version they remember writing.

Nina, that is why I would attach the actual export too. Naming a version is less useful if two people have different files carrying that name.

Actual export supplied. Technician confirms the fixture-exchange branch matches the retained sequence. Its required seated confirmation was absent.

Keep that separate from why the confirmation was absent.

Has maintenance compared the actual fixture seat and sensing arrangement now?

Include the retained sleeve and fixture in that check, Caleb, and tell maintenance which confirmation the technician identified. Otherwise they could inspect a perfectly real contact that has nothing to do with this wait.

Also save the author's explanation with the export. The next support person shouldn't need to repeat the branch search from scratch.

Who will own the capture if it happens on the other shift? The original clip missed the lead-in, so that part still needs fixing even after this diagnosis progresses.

Shift technician owns the next capture, Maya. Maintenance found the fixture carrier stopping short against a displaced support.

Was that support meant to locate the carrier, or was it an obstruction to the intended seat? Ask the designer before anyone calls moving it aside a repair.

It should support the carrier at the intended height. Maintenance found its mounting had shifted; designer confirmed the specified position.

There you go, a different cause from ours despite the familiar symptom. Has the technician linked that short seating to the missing confirmation?

Yes, linked in the report. Support position restored by maintenance. Supervised verification is arranged, not yet completed.

Please return with the verification result, including the fixture-exchange case that produced the original wait.
