Ask them to identify the controller and pendant supplied with that arm. The sale labels may be their own stock references, but the inspection report should leave no doubt about which equipment was present.

22分The collection cost is why I'd sort this now. We once sent a van for equipment with the accessories described as being 'with it'. They meant available separately in the same building. Very expensive tour of a warehouse.
