Which separator did the supplier actually see? I would start by identifying their sample or photograph, because usual may refer to something your workshop no longer uses.

Even an identified separator needs assessment for this support role. The same sheet may be useful for separating layers without being adequate beneath these carton ends. Ask packaging what evidence the proposed arrangement needs.

Include the tool placing the sheet or whoever does that work, once the method is proposed, because a support solution also has to get into the layer reliably.

Keep the assessed carton and sheet identities attached to any returned support decision. If packaging proposes a different sheet construction, the supplier's original handling sketch may need revisiting rather than simply changing its label.

Dinesh, yes. And the alternative pattern needs its own actual carton support check. We shouldn't let that one escape scrutiny just because the sheet proposal is presently vaguer.
