FR5 polymer-blank proposal ends at the fixture centre

I have included the receiving fixture in our FR5 comparison, but the proposed machine-side pose still omits the gripper body and open door. The rectangular polymer blank is shown as a point. I want the full held shape and the empty tool's return checked before this becomes a purchase recommendation.

Use the surveyed door position and complete intended tool, including adapter and open fingers. Follow approach, loaded withdrawal, receiving release and empty return continuously; a clear pose at either end can conceal the obstruction between them.

The full assembly catches the door linkage during the proposed withdrawal. Integrator has rejected that route. A different stand position is being compared without changing the intended grip or pretending the linkage is absent.

Does the alternative still leave the setter's working access and maintenance connections usable? Moving the stand can solve the tool path by occupying the space someone needs for the rest of the job.

Those checks are included but not returned yet. The current study shows tool clearance for the alternative; it does not include a decision from the setter or maintenance. I am not selecting it from that partial result.
