FR5 arrived with crushed crate corner, shifted supports and visible tool-interface-area damage. Unpowered, photos and packaging retained. Seller says switch on without a procedure. What assessment should I request?
Can the seller's technical owner agree a qualified assessment scope tied to the arrival photographs and equipment identities before any power-on decision, including who performs it and how findings and costs are handled? Keep the package held meanwhile; an informal startup suggestion does not assess the damage.
