FR10 exchange layout without a gripper or parked door

I have been asking about fixture-change access in other layouts, and our own FR10 exchange proposal for 64 polymer blanks needs that too. First problem: the sketch omits the complete gripper and open door. What should the integrator establish before we choose an arm?

Ask for the actual tool assembly and held blank through approach, transfer and return in the installed machine geometry. Include the parked door and the person changing the fixture. A reachable point does not define those paths.

We have the proposed finger outline but no adapter or fittings in the drawing. I have asked for the complete assembly and the machine supplier's installed door position. No combined access result yet.

Has the integrator accepted ownership of the combined review? Supplier drawings are necessary inputs, but somebody must decide whether they describe one workable arrangement.

They have agreed to coordinate it. Our fixture-change space is marked now, but the tool assembly is still incomplete, so I cannot compare candidate clearances honestly.

Keep that provisional status attached to any layout price. I would like to hear what the complete tool changes once it arrives; it may answer a different question from the original reach sketch.

I would also ask what the review delivers if the candidate is unsuitable. An identified interference and its assumptions are still useful output; a vague request to buy a larger arm is not much of a study.
