I now have the full gripper outline for our polymer-blank loading proposal, but the supplier has placed it on the old FR5 reach sketch without adding the open door, so the apparent access still depends on missing geometry

Door survey first. Include the handle and anything projecting into the approach, not just the panel. Who has the actual machine?

Our machine owner supplied the survey; the handle occupies the space where the held blank is drawn, which makes this proposed approach unusable

Useful finding, awkward timing. Has the supplier compared another approach with the complete tool and blank, including withdrawal? Reaching that point a different way still leaves the setter needing access.

They have withdrawn this layout and are costing a different stand position; purchasing remains on hold until that position has a complete access check, including the setter
