I proposed using Fairino FR5 for fixture loading with a molded mounting block in a small owner-run workshop, starting with 49.
My estimate covered the arm and gripper but left fixture work and staff effort unclear, which has frustrated my colleague.

Do your observations cover the manual workflow from preparation to completion? A transfer-only baseline could omit the same activities that made the initial budget incomplete.

We watched a batch. Preparation took longer than transfer. My estimate had basically made that work disappear by wishing.
