Does the sleeve move inside the fingers, or does a finger move with it?

our fr10 sleeve moves after it has cleared the fixture

The retained video is not clear enough to separate those. Maintenance has the gripper for inspection, with the affected work held. We have kept the existing settings
19分Check the complete finger mounting, not only the contact faces.
21分We once replaced worn contact inserts because the part appeared to slide. The real movement was behind them. New inserts made it look better for a short time, which was almost worse than no improvement. I'm not diagnosing yours from a video. I'd want maintenance to watch the contact, finger and moving jaw separately during its assessment. Otherwise three different movements all arrive in the ticket as grip loose, and you can spend a surprising amount replacing the bit that is easiest to photograph.
22分Jonas, that distinction would help the report too, because our quality notes often say part moved without showing what it moved relative to.
20分Maintenance found movement at one jaw guide. Finger fixings and contact inserts were secure. They have referred the guide condition to the gripper service contact; no decision to repair it ourselves
4分Was that guide checked against the gripper's service information?
15分Good question. Feeling different from the other jaw isn't a wear limit.
2分Yes. Service contact has reviewed the measurements against that gripper's maintenance information and specified repair. The gripper is being sent to the agreed service provider
13分Did they explain what comes back with it? I'd want the repair details and a clear answer about any remaining limitations. Our repaired kit once returned with a delivery note and not much else.
2分Jane, how are you covering the work while it is away?
7分Manual handling at the existing bench. Luca, same sleeve identification and inspection requirements. Jonas, the agreed return includes their repair and check report
25分Include the pickup edits in the return review. Repair won't decide which offsets still belong.
25分Controls has the change history. Two edits belong to an earlier approved fixture change; the recent nudges are separate. They will review those against the restored assembly
4分That's better than putting everything back to an old backup. We nearly did that after a repair and would have lost a legitimate tool change along with the temporary workaround.
16分Will the repair report identify the same gripper and jaw assembly, Jane, so the next person can find this without reading our whole conversation?
13分It should. A generic service invoice wouldn't describe what happened to this guide.
22分And retain the checks, not just the parts bill.
16分Returned and reinstated by maintenance with the identified repair report. Controls retained the legitimate fixture changes and removed the recent compensating offsets through the return assessment. Ordinary sleeve transfers, including release at the receiver, checked without the previous movement
10分Useful result. The guide finding explains why contact-face checks alone missed it.
