I would rather lose the pretty FR10 demo than redesign our carton around it: its cup lands on a flat panel, ours has a seam in that spot, and the supplier's proposed shift puts it across the print; what would you send as a useful sample set?
Send filled cases spanning the seam positions and board surfaces you actually receive. Mark their identities. Ask for pickup through release, with any manual selection shown; one successful smooth case leaves your question untouched.
