My UR5e tool-interface guide does not describe the supplied connections

I've kept the setup unpowered because the guide and supplied tool interface don't agree. External UR5e labels match our empty-fixture loading order, but forty-six days of asking the seller for applicable documentation have produced nothing useful. I need a technical owner for this mismatch, not another suggestion to use the general guide.

Show the exact guide revision and page against readable outside labels and the complete interface view. Ask their technical contact to confirm applicability to that delivered assembly, not just send a newer file.

Does the mismatch concern the robot's interface or an added supplier assembly? The owner may differ.

And keep the unanswered connection identification out of any operator setup sheet; a confident instruction copied from the wrong guide would make the handover worse.

It's around an added tool-interface assembly supplied with the package. The robot labels match; the assembly has its own label that isn't mentioned in the guide. I've sent that distinction with the outside photographs.

That gives the seller a more specific ownership question. They need to identify the added assembly and its applicable documents; the matching robot label cannot establish either one.

Have they acknowledged supplying that particular assembly, or are they still answering only about the arm?

They acknowledge it now. The technical contact says the enclosed guide was for their earlier interface assembly and has requested the current drawing from its builder. We haven't received it yet.

Ask who will keep the builder's assembly revision tied to your equipment record, since future replacement parts and setup instructions will need the same identity.

Our maintenance lead will hold that record and review the supplied documentation with the commissioning owner. I've removed the generic connection page from the working setup pack and marked the document gap. Still unpowered; no current drawing received.

You have located the documentation responsibility, then, rather than resolved the connection question. Keep the seller's acknowledgement attached so the next enquiry starts with the identified added assembly instead of going back to the robot label.
